Yes, we bring our own products and equipment.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No, only if you prefer to be. Access can be arranged in advance.
Are you insured?
Yes, E & T Cleaning Services is fully insured.
Do you work weekends?
Yes, weekend bookings are available.
Do you offer same-day bookings?
Yes, subject to availability.
Are pets okay?
Yes, pets are fine.
How long does it take to receive a quote?
Usually around 30 minutes.
Do you cover areas outside London?
No, currently we cover London only.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
